Ptarmigan operated in Tallinn from 2011-2014. This website exists as an archive of its activities during this time. We no longer maintain any presence in Tallinn, but some people involved with Ptarmigan are now operating Temporary in Helsinki.
Ptarmigan is located at Toom-Kooli 13, in the Toompea area of Vanalinn/Old Town. We are just next to Piip ja Tuut Mängumaja.
At the moment, Ptarmigan is not open to the public at regular hours but on an event-by-event basis. Please check our Events listings to find out what is happening here.
